Refund & Cancellation

At NMC Import Export Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality jute products and handicrafts to our global customers. As part of our transparent trade practices, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies:

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the goods have not been packed or shipped.

After Shipment:

Once the products are dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • If the order is canceled within the allowed cancellation window.
  • If the product delivered is damaged during transit (with proper proof like unboxing video/images).
  • If there is a wrong item shipped compared to the order.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after claim approval.

3. No Refund Cases

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Customized or bulk export orders specifically made for a client.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design (as jute & handicrafts are largely handmade and may have natural differences).

4. Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the goods back in unused condition with original packaging, unless agreed otherwise.

5. International Orders

  • For overseas shipments, cancellation is not possible once the consignment is dispatched.
  • In case of damage or non-delivery due to customs clearance issues, NMC Import Export Solutions will assist but cannot guarantee refunds unless insured.
